Food Master note - submitted by Seefood Eatery dated 27/12/2005

Recently we noticed the following wine label note

"An unusual rough as guts wine which has a distinctive bouquet of old and ill cared for animals. It is best drunk with the teeth clenched to prevent the ingestion of seeds, skins, and other things. Connoisseurs will saviour the slight tannin taste of burnt shag feathers and soiled medical dressings. Possessors of cultivated palates will admire the initial assault on the taste buds which comes from the loving and careful blending of circus cage droppings and perished jock straps. The maturing in Cairns Abattoirs using hogs heads gives it a definite nose. In the Eastern States it is marketed as a holy water, 9 out of 10 people who drink it for the first time are held to exclaim "Jeeesus Christ" Avoid contact with eyes and avoid open cuts, particular care should be taken to keep it away from naked flames, both old and new.
